There has been a whole lot of this business going on over the last week or two.
Dressing in badly matched play clothes and running around barefoot like hillbillies, you ask? No, fool. Well, ok, that too. But also freestanding!
Freestanding and clapping, even.
And for that reason, our poor tree will spend the season stuffed in a corner, between two couches, out of reach. Here's hoping Santa doesn't mind doing some reaching...

That's a mighty smart baby you've got. And handsome to boot. :)

Look at him standing by himself!
AND I'M THRILLED MY LITTLE GODSON IS NOW INTO ELMO! CHRISTMAS AND HIS BIRTHDAY WERE A LOT MORE FUN FOR ME TO SHOP FOR!! ;)

That is awesome! Considering Audrey just started crawling last week, I don't see her free standing anytime soon and she hasn't really noticed the tree.
Your tree looks good where it's at though!

Alyssa will only pretend she's even gonna pull up on something! Such a handsome little man! The tree looks great, btw.

I know it's customary that once a new post is posted to abandon commenting on what was, but hey-o! I keep scrolling down the pictures in this post only to be stopped by your glowing Christmas tree.... It puts me as an illustrator to shame... or inspires me to work, I don't know which.
All I know is that we need a couple of rocking chairs and Burl Ives... and now some kleenex.
Well done, Low, well done.

Oh my gosh, what in the HELL is he doing!? What is he thinking!? Standing? By himself? Seriously.
